摘  要:针对鞍钢朝阳钢铁炼铁厂风水冲渣系统生产过程中维护结构严重磨损的问题,提出对高炉风水冲渣系统中渣仓挡渣墙保护板形式进行改进,通过使用箱式三角板保护墙,使风水冲渣渣水作用于保护墙上方时,渣水路线产生滑移,减少了保护墙的磨损,延长了保护墙寿命。In allusion to the problem that the maintenance structure for the air-water com-bined quenched slag system in operation showed signs of wear in Ironmaking Plant of Chaoyang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.of Ansteel,it was suggested that the shapes of guard plates for the slag retaining wall of the slag storage to the air-water combined quenched slag system for a blast furnace should be improved.So the protective wall with box-type triangle plate was used to enable the flow route of slag water from the air-water combined quenched slag system to slip as the water had an impact on the upper part of the protective wall so that the wear of protective wall was reduced and the life of the protective wall was prolonged.
