摘  要:分析了影响冷轧基料SPHC酸洗效率的因素,从钢水残余元素控制、层流冷却方式、开轧温度、卷取温度、润滑技术等方面采取有效措施。结果表明,热轧带钢表面质量良好,冷轧酸洗效率得到提高,赢得了客户的认可。The factors for influencing efficiency of pickling cold-rolled base material SPHC were analyzed and then effective measures such as controlling the content of residual elements in molten steel,using methods of laminar cooling,start-rolling temperature,coiling temperature and lubrication technology were taken.The results demonstrated that the surface quality of hot rolled strips was good,and the efficiency of pickling cold rolled strips was improved.And thus the quality of cold rolled strips was approved by the customers.
