摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为大数据时代情报分析人员的培养提供借鉴。[方法/过程]通过文献调研和招聘广告分析,梳理学术界有关研究成果以及国内外人才市场招聘广告中对情报分析人员的职位需求。[结果/结论]从知识、能力和思想意识三个方面提出大数据时代情报分析人员能力素质的新要求。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for the training of intelligence analysts in the era of big data.[Method/process]The paper sorts out relevant academic research results and job demands for intelligence analysts advertised in the domestic and international talent markets through document research and job advertisement analysis.[Result/conclusion]It puts forwards new requirements for the competence and quality of intelligence analysts in the era of big data from three aspects of knowledge ability and ideology.
