近五年国际虚拟社区在应急管理中的应用研究热点探析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为提高虚拟社区在应急管理中的作用提供参考。[方法/过程]以Web of Science为数据源,通过关键词搜索获取近五年的相关文献,利用VOSviewer进行关键词共现分析,结合内容分析对国际上虚拟社区在应急管理中的应用研究热点内容进行梳理,并进行总结和展望。[结果/结论]该主题领域的研究具有较强的学科综合性,虚拟社区内容挖掘技术与方法的研究、危机信息交流行为、融合了虚拟社区的系统理论框架构建与系统平台开发研究是目前学者关注的重点。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for promoting the application of virtual community in emergency management.[Method/process]The paper obtains relevant documents for the past five years included in Web of Science by keyword search uses VOSviewer conduct keyword co-occurrence analysis then combined with content analysis sorts out hot topics of application researches of international virtual communities in emergency management and finally conducts summary and prospect.[Result/conclusion]The researches in this subject area have a strong subject synthesis.The research on virtual community content mining technology and methods crisis information communication behavior system theoretical framework construction and system platform development integrating virtual community are the focus of current scholars.
