摘  要:通机拖动的小型稀土永磁无刷单相同步发电机以其结构简单可靠的优点得到了消费者和制造商的青睐,但由于转子为永磁体,为不可调励磁,加载后电压下降很快,达不到使用要求,因此需要降低电压调整率。若增加永磁体的厚度,可解决电压调整率的问题,但由于永磁材料价格太高,导致制造成本大幅提高,制约了该款设备的销售。本文提出了一种新的方法,采用较少的永磁材料也可满足电压调整率要求,可大大降低生产成本,具有一定的推广应用价值。The small-scale rare earth permanent magnet single-phase synchronous generator with simple and reliable structure has been favored by consumers and manufacturers,but because the rotor is a permanent magnet and the excitation is not adjustable,the voltage drops rapidly after loading,which can not meet the use requirements,so it is necessary to reduce the voltage regulation rate.If the thickness of permanent magnet is increased,the problem of voltage regulation rate can be solved.However,because the price of permanent magnet material is too high,the manufacturing cost is greatly increased,which restricts the sale of the machine.In this paper,a new method is put forward.Using less permanent magnet material can also meet the requirements of voltage regula tion rate,which can greatly reduce the production cost,and has certain application value.
