摘　　要：文章以金风科技股份有限公司为例,该文对目标企业的存货管理分析,通过对金风科技相关财务数据的横向对比与纵向对比分析中发现目前金风科技存货管理过程中存在着存货增长率较高、市场前景预测能力较低以及存货周转率下降等问题,针对这些问题,提出以下建议:运用经济订货量降低存货成本、提高市场需求预测精准度、提高存货周转率。The article takes goldwind science and technology co.,LTD as an example,analyzed inventory management of the target enterprise by means of goldwind relevant financial data of vertical contrast and horizontal comparative analysis.The result shows that inventory growth rate is higher,low ability to market prospect forecast and inventory turnover drops in the process of inventory management.To solve these problems,the following suggestions are put forward.Use economic order quantity to reduce inventory cost,improve market demand forecasting accuracy,improve inventory turnover.
