珠江-西江经济带高等教育合作服务经济发展的思考

摘　　要：高等教育是区域经济发展的动力源。珠江-西江经济带产业结构高级化、经济增长方式和发展模式转换、高新技术企业和战略新兴产业培育对区域高等教育合作发展有着迫切需求。但经济带高等教育在发展平衡与质量、合作深度与广度、区划利益协同、合作机制等方面存有许多不足,需要在加强融合创新发展的顶层设计、创新多样化的人才培养方式、建立高效的产学研用合作创新动力机制、构建合作发展的保障制度等方面进行创新。Higher education is the power source of regional economic development.The upgrading of industrial structure,the transformation of economic growth mode and development mode,the cultivation of high-tech enterprises and strategic emerging industries in the Pearl River-Xijiang River Economic Belt have urgent needs for the development of regional higher education cooperation.However,higher education in the economic belt has many deficiencies in the aspects of balance and quality of development,depth and breadth of cooperation,coordination of regional interests,cooperation mechanism and so on.Innovation needs to be carried out in strengthening the top-level design of integrated innovative development,enhancing the innovative and diversified talent training methods,establishing an efficient dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research-application cooperative innovation,and constructing a guarantee system for cooperative development.
