摘　　要：依托新工科的建设背景,在电气工程及其自动化专业的综合实训体系进行了研究和探索,引入成果导向的教育理念,从教学产出、教学目标、教学环节进行设计,建立了“三位一体”的综合实训系统体系,整合衔接了相关课程模块的内容,增强了知识体系构成系统的立体感,提高了学生解决复杂工程问题的能力和创造力,加快了学生的就业适应力和竞争力,同时也提升了学生就业的职业素养,为相近专业人才培养和实践体系的建设提供了参考。Under the background of constructing the new engineering,this paper studies the comprehensive training system in the electrical engineering and its automation major.By introducing outcomes-based education idea,a"trinity"comprehensive training system from the output of teaching design,teaching target,teaching link is constructed.The content of the courses module cohesion is integrated,the stereo feeling of the knowledge structure system is enhanced,the students'ability to solve complex engineering problems and creativity is improved,sped up the resilience and competitiveness of students'employment is sped up,and the professional quality of student employment improved.It provides a reference for the cultivation of similar professionals and the construction of practical system.
