劳模文化育人视角下大学生职业道德教育现状调查与路径分析——以上海第二工业大学为例

摘　　要：当前就业形势日趋严峻,对大学生的职业道德素质要求也越来越高,劳模文化融入大学生职业道德教育意义深刻。研究发现,目前大学生职业道德状况一般,大学生职业道德自我认知不够,对本专业将来要从事工作的职业道德规范了解不足,大学生职业道德教育需要进一步加强。学生受劳模文化的影响度、劳模文化教育活动的参与度、对劳模文化的了解度等变量都与大学生职业道德认知密切相关;劳模文化育人对大学生职业道德的作用体现在,劳模导师能给学生以正向引领,劳模精神能给学生以积极导向。劳模文化育人视角下大学生职业道德教育可从贯穿全程育人、注重方式引领、延展内涵教育、营造积极氛围四个方面加强落实。At present,the employment situation is becoming more and more severe,and the requirements for the quality of college students'professional ethics are becoming much higher.The study found that the current situation of college students'professional ethics is general,college students'professional ethics self-awareness is not enough,the professional ethics of the future work to be engaged in is not enough,and college students'professional ethics education needs to be further strengthened.The influence of model worker culture,the participation of model worker culture and education activities,the understanding of model worker culture and other variables are closely related to college students'professional ethics cognition.The role of model worker culture education in college students'professional ethics lies in that the model worker tutor can give students positive guidance,and the model worker spirit can give students positive guidance.From the perspective of model worker culture,college students'professional ethics education can be strengthened from four aspects:throughout the whole process of education,focusing on the way of leading,extending the connotation of education,and creating a positive atmosphere.
