摘  要:目的:从医院工作的特殊性出发探究公立医院网络舆情监测工作的革新与发展。方法:以某公立医院舆情监测工作实践为例,通过阐述该院舆情信息工作机制,分析近两年负面舆情信息发展趋势、负面舆情信息载体类型分布及舆情内容构成,进而对医院舆情工作存在的不足提出建议。结果:建议增加对非结构化数据与微信、新闻等移动客户端信息的采集,完善信息系统对舆情信息的全生命周期管理。革新舆情呈报机制,增加周报与季度汇报总结。结论:通过对舆情信息的搜集、甄别、分类与提供,为医院管理者合理拓宽听取患者诉求的渠道。Objective:Analysis of the innovation and development of the network public opinion monitoring from the specialty of Public Hospitals.Methods:Based on the practice of network public Opinion Monitoring work in a public hospital,this paper firstly elaborated the mechanism of the hospital’s Network Public Opinion Monitoring,and analyzed the development trend,the distribution of information carrier,and the content composition of the negative public opinion informations in recent two years.And then put forward suggestions on the deficiencies of public opinion work in the hospital.Results:It was suggested that unstructured data,WeChat,news and other mobile client information should be collected in order to improve and perfect whole life cycle management of public opinion information by the information system.Meanwhile,weekly reports and quarterly reports of public opinion information are necessary.Conclusion:By collecting,classifying and reporting public opinion information,it can reasonably expand the channels for hospital managers to listen to patients’demands.
