摘　　要：目的:为医生诊疗提供所需的数据及综合诊疗视图,便于医生对重症患者进行病情分析及诊疗。方法:通过对重症监护室(ICU)医生工作的调研,提出在系统中新增诊疗分析模块。可在病人入ICU时进行入科评估,在监护过程中进行生命体征趋势图及综合诊疗视图的查看、病人自动评分、病情自动辅助分析,在出ICU时进行出科评估。结果:诊疗分析模块为医生提供了图形化的观察界面,能迅速直观地对患者病情进行分析,而模块中的自动评分系统更是提高了医生工作效率。结论:重症监护系统中诊疗分析模块的应用,完成了重症监护室医生操作的闭环管理,使医生能及时制定诊疗计划,提高疾病治愈率。Objective:To provide the necessary data and comprehensive view for doctors’diagnosis and treatment that facilitates doctors’analysis and diagnosis of severe patients.Methods:Through the investigation of the work of doctors in ICU,users proposed to add a new diagnosis and treatment analysis module in the system.Users can conduct clinical assessment when patients enter the ICU,check the trend chart of vital signs and comprehensive view in the process of monitoring,automatic patient score and automatic auxiliary analysis of the condition,and conduct clinical assessment when they leave the ICU.Results:The diagnosis and treatment analysis module provides a graphical observation interface for doctors,which can quickly and intuitively analyze patients’conditions,and the automatic score system in the module also improves doctors’work efficiency.Conclusion:The application of the diagnosis and treatment analysis module in the intensive care system has completed the closed-loop management of the operation of doctors in the intensive care unit,enabling doctors to make diagnosis and treatment plans in time and improve the cure rate of diseases.
