摘  要:目的:研究床旁智能护理服务系统在临床实际应用效果。方法:结合医护和患者双方的实际需求,设计开发床旁智能护理服务系统,并配合相应的硬件设备支持,在病区上线应用。结果:床旁智能护理服务系统弥补了传统纸质头卡功能单一、内容局限的缺点,利用平板电脑作为信息显示终端,不但可以替代显示原有纸质床头卡的内容,还集成了多媒体宣教、科室及医护介绍、自助查询检验检查报告、查询住院费用信息、消息提醒、预约护工、点餐服务等多种服务内容,方便了患者了解住院期间相关信息,减少了护士重复介绍以及往返病房次数。结论:床旁智能护理服务系统提供面向患者的信息化服务,填补了医院信息化建设中的空缺,提高了医护人员和住院患者双方的满意度。Objective: To study the effect of bedside intelligent nursing service system in clinical practice. Methods: Intelligent bedside nursing service system was designed and developed according to the actual needs of both doctors and patients. The system was applied on-line in the ward with the support of corresponding hardware equipment. Results: Bedside intelligent nursing service system made up for the shortcomings of single function and limited content of traditional paper head card. Using tablet computer as information display terminal can not only replace displaying the contents of original paper head card, but also integrate multimedia propaganda and education, introduction of departments and doctors and nurses, self-help inquiry test report and inspection. Inquiries about hospitalization expenses, information reminders, appointment of nurses, meal service and other services, facilitate patients to understand the relevant information during hospitalization, reduce the number of nurses to and from the ward. Conclusion: Bedside intelligent nursing service system provides patient-oriented information service, fills the vacancy in hospital information construction, and improves the satisfaction of both medical staff and inpatients.
