摘　　要：目的:探讨移动支付在门诊就医中的积极作用。方法:通过移动支付平台微信、支付宝实现诊间结算。结果:移动支付能有效地优化门诊就医流程,减轻人工窗口挂号缴费的压力。结论:移动支付占门诊量的30%左右,与"银医自助机"配合,使门诊流程优化到最佳状态。Objective: Research the positive effect of mobile payment in outpatient procedure. Methods: Achieve interappointment settlement in consulting room through mobile payment platforms such as WeChat and Alipay. Results: Mobile payment is able to improve outpatient procedure effectively and ease the pressure on manual registration and payment. Conclusion: Mobile payment accounts for 30 percent in the outpatient payment. Combined with medical ATM, mobile payment will optimize outpatient procedure in the groove.
