摘　　要：目的:通过数字科教管理平台的建立,实现医院医务人员科教行为(活动)的科学化、数字化精准管理。方法:根据医院科教管理实际,重点对医务人员的科教行为(活动)进行科学梳理、归纳整理、归纳出130余项科教行为(活动)指标,给予科教行为(活动)的量化赋分,并通过信息化技术建立数字科教管理平台,实现信息共享(活动创建、科教行为分自动匹配、统计、查询、分析、评价与反馈)。结果:将先进的科教管理制度引入信息化管理流程,改变了传统的医务人员科教行为管理模式(手工纸质台账管理模式),为医院的科教管理数字化精准管理奠定基础。结论:数字科教管理平台的设计,优化了管理流程,提升了管理效率。Objective:Through the establishment of the digital science and education management platform,the scientific and digital accurate management of medical staff’s science and education behavior(activities)can be realized.Methods:According to hospital science and education management practice,sort out and summarize the scientific and educational behaviors(activities)of medical personnel,Quantify the scores,and Build digital science and education management platform through information technology to achieve information sharing.Results:By introducing the advanced scientific and educational management system into the informationbased management process,the traditional management mode of medical staff’s scientific and educational behavior has been changed,it lays a foundation for the digital and precise management of scientific and educational management in hospital.Conclusion:The design of digital science and education management platform optimizes the management process and improves the management efficiency.
