依托数字信息化手段实施临床技能培训与考核

摘　　要：依托医院数字信息化手段,应用自主研发数字科教系统、办公自动化系统、多媒体网络技能培训系统及住院医师技能训练指导系统等多种信息化手段,实施全院各级各类医护人员技能培训及考核工作,取得了较好的效果。医护在职培训率由过去的70%增长到100%,国家执业医师考试通过率由过去的67.5%提高到95%,住培学员国家OSCE结业考试通过率达到100%。信息化建设有效提高临床技能培训教学活动管理、培训质量,对临床技能培训考核工作开展具有非常重要的促进作用。Relying on the digital informationization means of the hospital,the skill training and assessment of medical staff at all levels in the hospital have been completed successfully by means of self-developed digital science and educational system,office automation system,multimedia network skill training system,resident skill training guidance system and other informationization methods.The rate of in-service training has increased from 70%to 100%,the passing rate of the examination of Doctor qualification has increased from 67.5%to 95%,and the passing rate of national OSCE examination for resident doctors has reached 100%.Informationization construction can effectively improve the quality of management,clinical skills training and teaching activities,which plays a very important role in promoting the development of clinical skills training.
