摘 要:采用动态硫化技术制备的EPDM热塑性弹性体所加工的密封条具有耐老化、耐低温等优良特性,在建筑门窗、汽车等领域应用广泛。本文采用正交设计方法考察了填充剂类型(因素1)、填充剂用量(因素2)、白油用量(因素3)及硫化剂和促进剂用量(因素4)等4个因素对EPDM密封条用热塑性弹性体性能的影响规律。结果表明:影响材料拉伸强度的关键因素是因素3,影响材料断裂伸长率的关键因素是因素4,影响材料永久变形的关键因素是因素2,而影响材料撕裂强度的关键因素是因素3。各因素的最优化水平为因素1/水平3、因素2/水平2、因素3/水平2、因素4/水平2,所得优化配方PETP-69B的综合性能最佳。The sealing strip processed by EPDM thermoplastic elastomer prepared by dynamic vulcanization technology has excellent characteristics such as aging resistance and low temperature resistance,and is widely used in the fields of building doors,windows,and automobiles.In this paper,orthogonal design method was used to investigate the four factors of the filler type(factor 1),the amount of filler(factor 2),the amount of white oil(factor 3),and the amount of curing agent and accelerator(factor 4).And the influence of these four factors on the properties of the thermoplastic elastomers used in EPDM seals was investigated.The results show that the key factor affecting the tensile strength of the material is factor 3,the key factor affecting the elongation at break of the material is factor 4,the key factor affecting the permanent deformation of the material is factor 2,and the key factor affecting the tear strength of the material is factor 3.The optimal levels of each factor are factor 1/level 3,factor 2/level 2,factor 3/level 2,and factor 4/level 2.The comprehensive performance of the optimized formula PETP-69B is the best.
