摘　　要：为提升斜交工程胎的胎胚质量和成型效率,适应智能化发展要求,设计一种用于斜交工程胎胶囊反包成型机的基部胶供料架,能大大提高基部胶的贴合质量和生产效率,尤其针对大寸口、宽断面规格,提升效果尤为明显,通过自动卷取及智能物流系统进行半部件周转,可达到减员增效、提质降耗的目的。In order to improve the quality and molding efficiency of bias-cross engineering tires,and to meet the requirements of intelligent development,a base rubber feed rack for bias-cross engineering tire capsule turn-up building machine was designed.The feed rack can greatly improve the bonding quality and production efficiency of the base rubber,especially for large-inch,wide-section specifications,and the effect is particularly obvious.The half-component turnover through automatic winding and intelligent logistics systems can reduce personnel and consumption,improve efficiency and quality.
