摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施为乡村旅游带来发展机遇。河南西部山地旅游发展需要重新审视,为此首先从提出的背景、核心内容及对山地乡村旅游发展的启示等方面对乡村振兴战略进行解读;其次,提出山地区域划分的原则,并以此为依据对河南西部山地区进行范围划定,同时分析其旅游业发展存在的问题,最后以乡村振兴战略为依据,从政府、企业、居民等三个主体层面提出发展对策。The implementation of Rural Revitalization brings development opportunities for rural tourism.Therefore,the development of western mountain tourism in Henan should be re-examined.Firstly,this paper analysis Rural Revitalization from the background of its presented,its core content and its enlightenment to the development of mountain tourism.Secondly,the paper puts forward the division principle of mountain area,and delimits the western mountain area in Henan by used this principle,and analyzes the problems that existing the tourism inthe western mountain area.Finally,based on Rural Revitalization,it proposes development strategies for western mountain areafrom the aspects of government,tourism development enterprises,residents.
