摘　　要：芽孢杆菌属细菌因其能产生抗逆性的具有繁殖功能的芽孢而得名的革兰氏阳性细菌。具有种类多,分布广、遗传稳定特点。近年来随着绿色有机农业的发展,芽孢杆菌属具有环境生态友好、根系定殖生长、分泌活性物质、激发作物免疫力的特点成为研究热点,并成为一类重要的农业资源微生物。随着鉴定手段的完善,分析技术发展,不断的有新的农用芽孢杆菌菌属微生物资源被科研工作者发现,本文介绍了近年来新发现的芽孢杆菌属主要种类、作用机制和不同芽孢杆菌的功能,以便芽孢杆菌资源能够更有效的开发利用。Bacillus bacteria are named Gram-positive bacteria because they can produce stress-resistant reproductive spores.It has many types,wide distribution,and genetic stability.In recent years,with the development of green organic agriculture.Bacillus has become a research hotspot with the characteristics of environment-friendliness,root colonization and growth,secretion of active substances,and stimulation of crop immunity,and has become an important agricultural resource microorganism.With the improvement of identification methods and the development of analytical technology,new microbial resources of the genus Bacillus agrobacterium have been continuously discovered by scientific researchers.This article introduces the main types of Bacillus genus newly discovered in recent years,the mechanism of action,and the different types of bacillus.Function so that Bacillus resources can be more effectively developed and utilized.
