摘　　要：目的分析军事潜水员口腔疾病分布现状,为制定针对性的口腔保健方案提供理论依据。方法收集2008-2016年在杭州某疗养院疗养与体检的1864人军事潜水员健康档案,根据其体检结果采用SPSS 21.0数据软件进行统计分析。结果军事潜水员口腔疾病患病率为45.31%,排名前3的口腔疾病依次为牙龈炎682例(62.8%)、龋齿176例(16.21%)、阻生齿167例(15.38%)。服役年限9~12年组的牙龈炎与阻生齿患病率最高,分别为26.2%、29.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.632,P=0.040;χ^2=13.548,P=0.019)。结论牙龈炎、龋齿、阻生齿为军事潜水员的主要口腔疾病,服役年限9~12年组口腔问题尤为突出,建议部队卫生工作中加强对常见口腔疾病的诊疗及保健工作,保障军事潜水员的健康。Objective To analyze the distribution of oral diseases in military divers,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of targeted oral health care programs.Methods The medical data of 1864 military divers who received convalescent care and health check during stay in the sanatorium from 2008 to 2016 were collected for study.The obtained data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 software.Results The morbidity of oral diseases among military divers was 45.31%and the top 3 oral diseases were:gingivitis(682 cases,accounting for 62.8%),caries(176 cases,accounting for 6.21%)and impacted teeth(167 cases,accounting for 15.38%).The morbidity of gingivitis and impacted teeth for the 9-12-year-service group was highest,which were respectively 26.2%and 29.9%.Statistical significance could be noted,when comparisons were made(χ^2=11.632,P=0.040;χ^2=13.548,P=0.019).Conclusion Gingivitis,dental caries and impacted teeth are the main prevalent oral diseases among military divers,which is particularly the case with the 9-12-year-service group.Therefore,it is recommended that the diagnosis,treatment and health care of common oral diseases should be strengthened to ensure the health of military divers.
