摘  要:文章在分析波浪能发电水压传动系统结构组成和任务功能的基础上,针对导流系统、叶片系统、传动系统和齿轮箱,分别开展了故障模式及影响分析,预估了影响系统可靠运行的主要故障模式和危险部件。分析结果表明,水轮机叶片结构损伤和齿轮轴承损坏是降低系统可靠性的最危险的故障模式,水轮机叶片是最容易发生故障的关键部件,在可靠性配置和运行维护管理过程中应当重点对待和处理。Based on the analysis of the structure composition and task function of the water hydraulic drive system of wave power generation,the failure mode and effects analysis are carried out for the guide vanes system,blades system,drive system and gearbox,respectively.The main failure modes and dangerous assemblies that affect the reliable operation of the system are estimated.The results show that turbine blade structural damage and gear bearing damage are the most dangerous failure modes to reduce the system reliability.The turbine blade is the most prone to failure of the key assembly and it should be focused on in the process of reliability allocation and operation maintenance management.
