摘　　要：运用定量和定性方法,基于知识管理“PSCA”闭环模型,对交互记忆系统在模型中的知识积累管理、知识交流管理和知识应用管理等方面的相关应用研究进行梳理,以揭示该领域现有研究的概貌。交互记忆系统对于知识管理的影响和意义日益深入,研究总体上处于稳步发展阶段,在新技术环境下可通过研究方法和研究内容上的拓展以更好地回应创新学习型组织建设的需要。This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods,based on the"PSCA"closed-loop model of knowledge management,to sort out the relevant studies of transactive memory system on knowledge stockpile management,knowledge communicate management and knowledge application management,so as to reveal the overview of existing researches in this field.The impact and significance of transactive memory system on knowledge management are increasingly deepening,and the research on the whole is experiencing steady development.Under the new technology environment,the research method and research content can be expanded to better respond to the needs of constructing Innovative Learning Organization.
