摘  要:通过体外产气法研究精粗比40∶60下花生壳与苜蓿干草配比对饲粮组合效应(Associative Effects,AE)的影响。将花生壳和苜蓿干草以50∶10、40∶20、30∶30、20∶40和10∶50的比例混合,设5个试验组和3个单独原料组,分别在培养2、4、6、9、12、24、36、48、72、96 h测定产气量(GP)以24 h的产气量(GP 24h)和加权估算值分析各组饲粮的组合效应(AE)。结果表明:对于GP 24h和AE值,均为40%花生壳组显著高于50%组(P<0.05)。30%花生壳组AE有高于50%组的趋势(P=0.056),20%花生壳组AE也有高于50%组的趋势(P=0.084)。当花生壳与苜蓿干草以40∶20配比时组合效应最高(95.20%)(P<0.05)。The experiment used in vitro gas production method to study the associative effects(AE)of diets with different ratios of peanut shell to alfalfa hay(concentrate to forage of 40:60).The ratios of peanut shell to alfalfa hay were 50∶10,40∶20,30∶30,20∶40 and 10∶50.There were 5 experimental groups and 3 separate raw material groups.The gas production(GP)was measured in 2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48,72 and 96 h respectively.The associative effects(AE)of each group was calculated by observing the production capacity of 24h(GP 24h)and weighted estimation value.The results showed that for the GP 24h and AE values,the 40%peanut shell group was significantly greater than the 50%group(P<0.05).The AE of the 30%peanut shell group had a trend higher than the 50%group(P=0.056),and the 20%peanut shell group also had a tendency higher than the 50%group for AE(P=0.084).When the ratio of peanut shell to alfalfa hay was 40∶20,the combined effect was the highest(P<0.05),and the value was 95.20%.
