摘 要:为实现精度造船,无余量制作和提高复杂线型外板的余量切割质量,通过研究复杂曲型外板的余量切割质量精度问题,对其进行针对性工艺工法改进与优化,将不影响冷、热加工时曲率成型的外板原有加放余量前移至切割作业;对复杂线型外板切割过程中切割起、止位置出现的切割质量精度和严重母材受损现象进行研究,设计一种用于复杂曲型外板切割的夹具工装,复杂曲型外板余量切割的工艺工法和切割技术优化后相比原工艺工法返工量降低了20%,无余量上胎率由优化前95.3%优化后提升至96.8%,提升了造船精度。In order to achieve accurate shipbuilding,no margin production and improve the quality of the complex linear outer panel cutting margin,the quality accuracy of residual cutting of complex curved outer plate was studied,and the pertinent technological method was improved and optimized,which will not affect the original additional margin of curvature forming exterior plate in cold and hot processing to the cutting operation.The cutting quality accuracy and the serious damage of base metal in the cutting process of complex curved exterior plate were analyzed.A fixture for cutting complex curved outer plate was designed.Compared with the original process,the rework amount of the residual cutting process and cutting technology of complex curved outer plate was reduced by 20%after optimization,and the tire loading rate without surplus was increased from 95.3%to 96.8%after optimization,which improves the shipbuilding accuracy.
