摘 要:针对河南油田钻井过程中油层保护技术现状及地面生态环境要求,以研究绿色、高效、经济的新型油气层保护材料为目的,开展了纳米级淀粉油层保护材料的研发与性能评价。通过室内单因素实验及正交实验对制备工艺加以优化,采用激光粒度、红外光谱、热重热差、X射线和电镜扫描等多种手段对淀粉基油层保护剂DYB-2进行表征分析。研究结果表明,合成的DYB-2材料为微球状,结构致密、表面纳米级孔道均匀分布,具有刚柔并济的特点,同时降滤失效果明显(API小于4mL),岩心渗透率恢复值大于80%,在中低渗透率岩心中的膜承压强度大于10 MPa,有较好的油层保护作用。Aiming at the present situation of reservoir protection technology and the requirements of surface ecological environment during drilling in Henan oilfield,the development and performance evaluation of Nanoscale starch reservoir protective materials were carried out in order to study the green,efficient and economical new reservoir protection materials.The preparation process was optimized by laboratory single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and the characterization of starch-based reservoir protectant DYB-2 was analyzed by means of laser particle size,infrared spectrum,thermogravimetric difference,X-ray and electron microscopy.Evaluation results show that the synthesized DYB-2 material is microspheric with compact structure and uniform distribution of nano-scale pore channels on the surface.It has the characteristics of both rigidity and flexibility.At the same time,the fluid loss effect is obvious(APIFL is less than 4 mL),the core permeability recovery value is more than 80%,and the membrane compressive strength in low and medium permeability cores is more than 10 MPa,which has a better reservoir protection.
