氧氟沙星滴耳液联合炎可宁片治疗急性化脓性中耳炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性化脓性中耳炎患者采取氧氟沙星滴耳液联合炎可宁片对炎症因子及不良反应影响。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年12月某院收治的急性化脓性中耳炎90例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采取氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,观察组采取氧氟沙星滴耳液联合炎可宁片治疗,比较两组患者炎症因子、不良反应及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组炎不良反应及炎症水平均较对照组低,且临床疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组耳道内分泌物量少于对照组,药物起效时间短于对照组,听力改善程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性化脓性中耳炎采取氧氟沙星滴耳液联合炎可宁片治疗,可有效降低患者炎症因子水平,减少不良反应发生,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,促进患者快速康复。Objective:To investigate the effects of ofloxacin ear drops combined with Yankening tablets on inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in patients with acute suppurative otitis media.Methods:90 patients with acute suppurative otitis media admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops,while the observation group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops combined with Yankening tablets.Inflammatory factors,adverse reactions and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the adverse reactions and inflammation levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the clinical efficacy was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The amount of endocrine products in the observation group was less than that of the control group,the onset time of drugs was shorter than that of the control group,and the improvement of hearing was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ofloxacin ear drops combined with Yankening tablets can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce adverse reactions,improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and promote rapid recovery of patients with acute suppurative otitis media.
