摘　　要：阑尾炎是临床较为多见的急腹症之一,若未及时采取有效的治疗措施,则极易导致患者出现腹膜炎,从而危及患者的生命安全。如今,临床主要采取手术方法进行治疗急性阑尾炎,但由于传统开腹手术对患者造成的伤害较大且预后效果并不理想,故常采取微创手术方式进行治疗,其具有创伤小、恢复快等特点。因此,微创手术逐渐被临床广泛采用,本文就此作一综述。Appendicitis is one of the more common acute abdomen diseases.If effective treatment measures are not taken in time,it will easily lead to peritonitis in patients,which will endanger the lives of patients.Nowadays,surgical methods are mainly used to treat acute appendicitis in clinical practice.However,since traditional open surgery has caused great harm to patients and the prognosis is not satisfactory,it is often treated with minimally invasive surgery,which has the characteristics of less trauma and quick recovery.Therefore,minimally invasive surgery has gradually been widely used in clinical practice,and this article reviews it.
