摘　　要：在我国经济技术快速发展的大背景下,我国医疗技术得到了进一步的提升,但是通过调查资料我们发现,仍然有很多地区难以享受到先进的医疗技术,并且存在严重的医疗资源短缺的问题,这一问题的存在在很大程度上阻碍了我国医疗行业的发展。针对关键医疗资源短缺的问题,采用基于医疗资源效率提升的信息流程优化方法,提高医护人员和大型设备的时间效率,通过在一所三级甲等医院开展的实践,起到了增加医疗服务供应的效果。Against the background of China’s rapid economic and technological development,China’s medical technology has been further improved,but through survey data,we find that there are still many regions where it is difficult to enjoy advanced medical technology and there is a serious shortage of medical resources The existence of this problem has largely hindered the development of China’s medical industry.Aiming at the shortage of key medical resources,the information flow optimization method based on the improvement of medical resource efficiency was adopted to improve the time efficiency of medical staff and large equipment.Through the practice carried out in a tertiary hospital,it has increased the supply of medical services.effect.
