摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对宫外孕术后受孕影响。方法:选取本院2017年1月~2018年12月接受治疗的60例宫外孕患者为研究对象,基于先后顺序将其分为两组,对照组患者30例采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,试验组患者30例采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,观察两组宫外孕患者手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间以及术后受孕情况。结果:试验组患者的手术时间、术后排气时间和住院时间分别为(51.23±6.81)min、(11.76±3.46)h和(4.72±1.03)d,均优于对照组患者的(77.95±10.26)min、(26.37±5.14)h和(8.40±1.65)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者再次宫外孕、未孕以及宫内妊娠发生率分别为3.33%(1/30)、10.00%(3/30)和86.67%(26/30),均优于对照组患者的20.00%(6/30)、33.33%(10/30)和46.67%(14/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于宫外孕患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗可以缩短患者的手术时间、术后排气时间和住院时间,有助于患者早日康复,同时可以有效改善患者的术后受孕情况。Objective:To analyze the influence of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy.Methods:60 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the sequence.The control group was treated with 30 patients with traditional open surgery.The experimental group Thirty patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the surgical time,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay and postoperative conception were observed in two groups of ectopic pregnant patients.Results:The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,and hospital stay of the test group were(51.23±6.81)min,(11.76±3.46)h,and(4.72±1.03)d,which were all better than those of the control group(77.95±10.26)min,(26.37±5.14)h and(8.40±1.65)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of re-ectopic pregnancy,infertility,and intrauterine pregnancy in the test group was 3.33%(1/30),10.00%(3/30),and 86.67%(26/30),which were better than the control group’s 20.00%(6/30),33.33%(10/30)and 46.67%(14/30),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for patients with ectopic pregnancy can shorten the patient’s operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time,help patients to recover early,and can effectively improve the postoperative conception of patients.
