红光照射仪治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析慢性湿疹临床治疗阶段,红光照射仪的应用及效果。方法:本文共计60例研究对象,于本院2016年4月~2017年4月接诊收治入院,均为慢性湿疹患者,参照患者先后入院顺序,将其划分为2组。对照组使用常规药物治疗,观察组使用红光照射仪+药物治疗,对比两组临床疗效、显效时间、不良症状发生率。结果:观察组显效、有效、有效率高于对照组,无效人数低于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗起效时间对比,观察组明显早于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:慢性湿疹临床治疗阶段选择红光治疗方案,能够加速照射皮肤损伤部位的修复,可缓解患者的瘙痒感觉,起效时间快,操作便捷,治疗安全性高,可提升临床疗效。Objective:In the clinical treatment stage of chronic eczema,the application and effect of red light irradiator.Methods:A total of 60 subjects were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017.All of them were chronic eczema patients.According to the sequence of admission,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the observation group was treated with red light irradiator+medicine.Results:The significant,effective and effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the number of ineffective people was lower than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment stage of chronic eczema,choosing the red light treatment plan can accelerate the repair of the damaged part of the skin,relieve the itch feeling of the patients,take effect quickly,operate conveniently,treat safely,improve the clinical effect and make promotion.
