臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗妇女阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗妇女阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月~2019年5月接收的82例阴道炎患者为研究对象,患者随机分为两组,采用不同的治疗方式。对照组(n=41)采用药物对症治疗,试验组(n=41)在药物对症治疗的基础上采用臭氧妇科治疗仪进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗有效率和临床症状缓解时间。结果:试验组患者的治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组患者的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的外阴瘙痒烧灼感肿胀、白带增多白带性状改变、排尿时烧灼感以及腰腹疼痛症状缓解时间分别为(2.25±0.52)d、(1.41±0.40)d、(2.46±0.67)d和(3.18±0.79)d,显著短于对照组患者的(2.95±0.65)d、(2.60±0.48)d、(4.22±0.73)d和(5.16±1.34)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对阴道炎患者采用臭氧妇科治疗仪进行治疗,有助于缩短症状缓解时间,改善治疗效果。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of ozone gynecological treatment instrument on women’s vaginitis. Methods: Eighty-two patients with vaginiti received in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups and different treatment methods were used. The control group(n=41) was treated with symptomatic drugs, and the experimental group(n=41) was treated with ozone gynecological treatment device based on the symptomatic treatment of drugs. The treatment efficiency and clinical symptom relief time of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in patients in the test group was 95.12%(39/41), which was higher than 80.49%(33/41) in the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Burning, swelling, increased vaginal discharge, leucorrhea changes burning sensation during urination, and waist and abdomen pain relief time were(2.25±0.52) d,(1.41±0.40) d,(2.46±0.67) d, and(3.18±0.79) d, Significantly shorter than(2.95±0.65) d,(2.60±0.48) d,(4.22±0.73) d, and(5.16±1.34) d of the patients in the control group, and the differences were statistically significan(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with vaginitis with ozone gynecological treatment instrument can help shorten the time for symptom relief and improve the treatment effect.
