彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断甲状腺结节性质的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断甲状腺结节性质的临床价值。方法:选取2016年7月~2018年2月于本院就诊并于上级医院行甲状腺结节手术的68例随诊患者,采用西门子ACUSON X300型号超声诊断仪对患者进行检查,分析手术病理结果、探究彩色多普勒超声与病理诊断应用价值、比较良恶性结节血流动力学参数变化。结果:68例患者经术后病理检查明确甲状腺良性结节30例、甲状腺恶性结节38例;彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺结节良恶性灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为84.21%、86.67%、85.29%;与恶性甲状腺结节相比,良性甲状腺结节患者中PSV及RI水平较低,EDV水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在鉴别甲状腺结节性质中彩色多普勒超声发挥着重要的作用,具有较高的灵敏度、准确度及特异度,可为临床诊断提供参考。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 and underwent thyroid nodule surgery in a superior hospital were selected.Siemens ACUSON X300 ultrasound system was used to examine the patients,and the surgical pathological results were analyzed.To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and pathological diagnosis and compare the changes of hemodynamic parameters of benign and malignant nodules.Results:Sixty-eight patients had 30 benign thyroid nodules and 38 thyroid nodules.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound for benign and malignant thyroid nodules were 84.21%and 86.67%,respectively.Compared with malignant thyroid nodules,PSV and RI levels were lower in patients with benign thyroid nodules,and EDV levels were higher in patients with benign thyroid nodules.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in identifying the nature of thyroid nodules.It has high sensitivity,accuracy and specificity,and can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.
