呼吸机在妇产科术后恢复室的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析呼吸机在妇产科术后恢复室的应用价值。方法:选择2017年6月~2018年6月来本院接受治疗的妇科手术者为研究对象,共计100例。现按照是否带管进入恢复室使用呼吸机,分为观察组和对照组。观察组为带管进入恢复室,共计50例。对照组受试者为非带管进入恢复室,分析结果。结果:和对照组相比,观察组受试者全麻之后并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。观察组受试者的手术占用时间明显更短,P<0.05。相较于对照组,观察组受试者的氟马西尼以及新斯的明使用量明显更少,P<0.05。结论:对于接受妇产科手术的全身麻醉患者来讲,在恢复室内应用呼吸机可以降低并发症发生概率,缩短手术时间。降低非必要性拮抗药物应用率,其对于确保手术以及麻醉安全性来讲,有着不可替代的作用。Objective:To analyze the application value of ventilator in recovery room after obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gynecological surgery who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.They are divided into observation group and control group according to whether the ventilator is used to enter the recovery room with a tube.The observation group entered the recovery room with a tube,a total of 50 cases.Subjects in the control group entered the recovery room without tubes and analyzed the results.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower after general anesthesia,P<0.05.Observation group subjects had significantly shorter operation time,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the amount of flumazenil and neostigmine in the observation group was significantly less,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients under general anesthesia undergoing gynecological and obstetric surgery,the application of ventilator in the recovery room can reduce the probability of complications and shorten the operation time.Reducing the application rate of non-essential antagonist drugs has an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safety of surgery and anesthesia,so it is worth further promotion.
