摘　　要：随着钢铁行业高质量发展,酒钢高炉生产经营策略,在提高高炉入炉品位降低消耗的同时,不断加强原燃料质量及库存资源的管理,合理优化高炉操作制度,高炉炉况顺行稳定大幅改善,高炉利用系数有效提高,促使经济技术指标改善,达到了高炉高产低耗的目标。With the high-quality development of steel industry,Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company's BF production and operation strategy is to improve the raw materials grade input the BF and reduce its consumption,while constantly strengthening the management of raw fuel quality and inventory resources.Reasonable optimization of the BF operation system,so that the BF condition is stable,utilization coefficient is improved,economic and technical indicators are improved,and the goal of high production and low consumption of the BF is achieved.
