摘　　要：主要介绍了白银公司第三冶炼厂锌精馏烟气治理对环境的影响效果。通过对烟气治理前后的对比分析可知:治理后锌精馏车间排气筒的数量由3个变为2个;烟尘排放量削减89.53%,Pb排放量削减94.59%,Cd排放量削减95.73%;收集的烟尘返回第三冶炼厂烧结系统配料利用,烟气治理配套的余热锅炉代替了常年运行的10 t/h燃煤锅炉,环境正效益显著。This paper mainly introduces the environmental impact of zinc rectification flue gas treatment in No.3 Smelter of Baiyin Company.Through the comparative analysis before and after the flue gas treatment,it can be seen that the number of exhaust cylinders in zinc rectification workshop has changed from three to two after the treatment;dast emission was cut by 89.53%,Pb emission by 94.59%,and Cd emissions by 95.73%.The collected smoke and dust can be effectively utilized,and the saturated steam generated by the waste heat recovery of the waste heat boiler can replace the coal-fired boiler,and the environmental benefit is remarkable.
