揿针联合捏脊治疗小儿肠道实热型便秘临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针联合捏脊治疗小儿肠道实热型便秘的临床疗效.方法:选择大连市儿童医院收治的60例肠道实热型患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分为观察组和对照组(每组30例),观察组给予揿针联合捏脊治疗,对照组予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗,两组疗程均为4周,疗程结束后观察临床疗效.结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:揿针联合捏脊可有效改善肠道实热型便秘患儿临床症状,其治疗效果优于西药枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sacral acupuncture combined with chiropractic in the treatment of pediatric intestinal hyperthermic constipation.Methods:Sixty children with intestinal entrapment type admitted to Children's Hospital of Dalian were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group(30 cases in each group)by random number grouping method.Chiropractic treatment,the control group was treated with Bacillus subtilis dual viable granules,the treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks,and the clinical effect was observed after the treatment course.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 76.67%.The efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with pinching the spine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with intestinal constipation,and its treatment effect is better than that of the western medicine Bacillus subtilis.
