输液泵维持给药在硫酸镁治疗重度妊高征中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:分析输液泵维持给药在硫酸镁治疗重度妊高征中的应用效果.方法:选取2018年1月~2018年12月本院收治的采用硫酸镁进行治疗的重度妊高征患者64例为研究对象,基于不同的给药方式将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者32例采用常规静脉滴注方式,观察组患者32例采用输液泵静脉给药方式,观察两组患者治疗前后的血压变化情况.结果:治疗前观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压分别为(159.21±8.36)m m H g和(106.31±7.20)mmHg,对照组患者的收缩压和舒张压分别为(160.74±8.46)mmHg和(105.76±7.34)mmHg,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压分别为(138.28±6.94)m m H g和(88.66±7.02)mmHg,低于对照组患者的(147.85±7.68)mmHg和(97.71±6.65)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用输液泵维持给药方式在重度妊高征患者硫酸镁治疗中可以更好改善患者的血压情况,效果显著.Objective:To analyze the effect of infusion pump maintenance administration in the treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension with magnesium sulfate.Methods:Sixty-four patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension treated with magnesium sulfate treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a test group based on different administration methods.Thirty-two patients in the group were treated with conventional intravenous drip,and 32 patients in the test group were administered intravenously with an infusion pump.The changes in blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the test group were(159.21±8.36)mmHg and(106.31±7.20)mmHg,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the control group were(160.74±8.46)mmHg and(105.76±7.34)mmHg,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the test group after treatment were(138.28±6.94)mmHg and(88.66±7.02)mmHg,which were lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference between(147.85±7.68)mmHg and(97.71±6.65)mmHg(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of infusion pump to maintain the drug delivery method can improve the blood pressure of patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension,and the effect is significant.
