公务员工作压力现状的调查研究

摘　　要：工作压力是指在工作环境中,受工作行为逼迫与威胁的压力源长期持续地作用于个体,在个体的主体特性及应对行为影响下所产生的系列生理、心理和行为反应的系统过程。以唐山地区公务员为调查对象,旨在探究唐山地区公务员工作压力的现状。研究结果发现,唐山地区公务员工作压力主要来自于工作本身因素及职业发展,男性公务员压力大于女性,工作年限超过16年的、年龄超过46岁的公务员职业发展压力更大,低学历公务员工作压力更高,乡镇公务员工作压力高于城市公务员。Work stress refers to the systematic process of physiological,psychological and behavioral reactions produced by the individual subject characteristics and coping behavior under the pressure and threat of work behavior in the working environment for a long time.This study takes civil servants in Tangshan area as the object of investigation,aiming to explore the current situation of civil servants'work stress in Tangshan area.The results showed that the work stress mainly comes from the work itself and career development,male civil servants stress is greater than women,work life of more than 16 years,over the age of 46,civil servants career development stress is bigger,the low–educated civil servants work stress is higher,the township civil servants work stress higher than urban civil servants.
