摘　　要：介绍了钢盘管外融冰蓄冷系统的设计方案,通过与各地块自建常规冷站从主要设备投资费用和运行费用等方面进行对比分析,确定外融冰蓄冷区域供冷技术在本项目中应用是经济合理的。The design scheme of external melting ice storage system for steel coil is introduced.By comparing and analyzing the investment cost of main equipment and operation cost of the conventional cooling stations built by each plot,it is determined that the application of external melting ice storage area cooling technology in this project is economical and reasonable.
