摘　　要：高层综合性建筑,在功能上常常是由高大空间的停车场或商场向小空间的住宅转换。为了满足建筑功能转变导致内部空间结构转换的需要,设计上常采用型钢混凝土转换桁架结构。论文通过工程实例,分析转换过程中的施工要点及难点,给相关工程提供参考。High-rise comprehensive buildings are often transformed from parking lots or shopping malls with large spaces to residential buildings with small spaces in terms of functions.In order to meet the needs of structural transformation of interior space caused by functional transformation of buildings,steel reinforced concrete transfer truss structures are often used in design.This paper analyzes the key points and difficulties in the process of transformation,and provides references for related projects.
