试论水利工程施工管理特点及质量控制

摘　　要：随着社会的发展和经济水平的提升以及科学技术的进步,水利项目的建设和施工也得到了极大的推进。水利工程建设的根本目的在于对水资源的合理利用、管控,并科学预防洪水灾害造成的社会损失。对于水利工程项目的建设而言,水利工程项目的施工管理与质量管理关系的水利工程项目是最终功能的体现。本文主要针对水利工程施工管理特征和特点进行阐述,结合水利工程多领域、多科学性、地理环境、地质因素等特点进行施工管理的分析,并结合水利工程施工管理的现状以及实际情况提出一些质量控制保障的建议。With the development of society and the improvement of economic level and the progress of science and technology,the construction and construction of water conservancy projects have also been greatly promoted.The fundamental purpose of water conservancy project construction is to rationally use,manage and control water resources,and scientifically prevent social losses caused by flood disasters.For the construction of water conservancy projects,the relationship between the construction management and quality management of the water conservancy project is the embodiment of the final function.This paper mainly expounds the characteristics of water conservancy project construction management,and analyzes the construction management combined with the characteristics of water conservancy project,such as multi-field,multi-science,geographical environment,geological factors and so on.Combined with the current situation of water conservancy project construction management and the actual situation,some suggestions for quality control and guarantee are put forward.
