摘  要:本文介绍了工业汽轮机在长期运转中汽缸结合面经常出现腐蚀凹坑和冲刷沟槽,通过采用压铅丝或补焊后刮研等方法进行修复。后期经过性能测试及实际应用验证,压铅丝修复法和补焊刮研修复法,对水平剖分形式的缸体结合面修复效果明显。This paper introduces that corrosion pits and scouring grooves often appear on the cylinder joint surface of industrial steam turbines during long-term operation,and are repaired by methods such as lead wire or scrap welding after repair welding.After the performance test and actual application verification in the later period,the repair method of lead wire repair and repair welding scraper research has obvious effect on the repair of the joint surface of the cylinder block in the form of horizontal split.
