摘 要:铁路客车是完成客运任务的重要的技术装备,不仅要求能乘坐更多的旅客,以完成繁重的旅客任务,而且与乘坐旅客的安全、舒适、快捷息息相关,而转向架是客车的关键部件之一,直接关系到旅客的安全性、舒适性。铁路客车提速后,由于运行速度的普遍提高,客车横摆严重,垂向振动加剧,造成零部件的磨损、折断、松动现象的频繁的发生,转向架运行性能的恶化。对车辆的运行安全构成了极大的威胁,同时也对行车安全也埋下了巨大的隐患,怎样才能避免这些隐患的发生,这是人们所关注的,也是需要解决的。The railway passenger car is an important technical equipment to complete the passenger transport task.It not only requires to be able to take more passengers to complete the heavy passenger task,but also is closely related to the safety,comfort and speed of passengers.The bogie is one of the key parts of the passenger car,which is directly related to the safety and comfort of passengers.After raising the speed of railway passenger cars,due to the general increase of running speed,serious yaw and vertical vibration of passenger cars,the frequent occurrence of wear,fracture and looseness of parts and components and the deterioration of bogie running performance are caused.It poses a great threat to the running safety of vehicles,but also a huge hidden danger to the driving safety.How to avoid these hidden dangers is the concern of people and also needs to be solved.
