摘　　要：中国新农村建设的不断发展,只有进一步完善水利工程设施,才能够实现农业发展需要,并且满足人们生活用水。本文主要围绕新农村建设中农村小型水利工程建设与管理展开分析和论述,首先介绍了加强新农村建设中农村小型水利工程建设与管理工作的重要意义,然后分析了当下在推进农村小型水利工程建设与管理过程当中存在的一系列问题,最后提出了全面加强新农村建设中农村小型水利工程建设与管理工作的有效举措。With the continuous development of China’s new rural construction,only by further improving water conservancy engineering facilities,can we meet the needs of agricultural development and meet people’s water needs.This paper focuses on the construction and management of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in the new rural construction.Firstly,it introduces the significance of strengthening the construction and management of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in the new rural construction.Secondly,it analyzes a series of problems existing in the process of promoting the construction and management of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in the rural areas.Finally,it puts forward the overall strengthening of new rural construction Set up effective measures for construction and management of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in rural areas.
