摘　　要：1.Analysis of Heroism in Moby Dick and The Old Man and the Sea Among all works about the fight between man and nature,The Old Man and the Se a by Ernest Hemingway is certainly a classical one presenting a battle between the old man and the hostile nature.In Moby Dick,descriptions about fight s and struggles are also presented.In these two works,both the major characters are physically weak and even disabled,but both carry with strong will and unconquerable spirit,although their destinations are quite different.
