疏风清热法治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价疏风清热法治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将45例60眼单疱病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为对照组22例(30只眼)和观察组23例(30只眼)。对照组予以更昔洛韦滴眼液(4/日),更昔洛韦凝胶(2/日)点眼,观察组在对照组基础上加疏风清热中药治疗,每天1剂,均治疗3个疗程(3周)。比较2组患者的临床疗效、角膜病损面积以及视力变化率。结果:观察组的临床总有效率96.7%显著高于对照组83.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视力提高明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组角膜愈合指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏风清热法治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效显著,可作为临床治疗选择方案。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of soothing wind and clearing heat in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods:Forty-five patients(60 eyes)with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into control group(n=22)and observation group(n=23).The control group was given ganciclovir eye drops(4/day)and ganciclovir gel(2/day).The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine of soothing wind and clearing heat on the basis of the control group,one dose per day.All of them were treated for 3 courses(3 weeks).The clinical efficacy,corneal lesion area and visual acuity of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.7%vs 83.3%,P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in corneal healing index between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of soothing wind and clearing heat on herpes simplex keratitis is remarkable,which can be used as a choice of clinical treatment.
