步长脑心通胶囊对缺血性脑卒中后遗症患者的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨步长脑心通胶囊对缺血性脑卒中后遗症患者的疗效。方法:选择2016年8月—2018年8月于我院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者80例,通过随机数字表法,将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予步长脑心通胶囊治疗,两组患者共治疗两个疗程,每个疗程时长为3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后血液流动指标的变化,以及凝血功能相关指标的变化。结果:治疗前,两组患者血液流动指标:BV、RV、PFib以及Hct水平、凝血功能指标:PT、TT以及NIHSS评分比较无明显差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组BV(低切)、RV、PFib、NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,PT、TT明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:步长脑心通胶囊能通过改善患者凝血功能,缓解缺血性脑卒中患者大脑缺血缺氧症状,从而提高患者神经功能,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Buchang Naoxin Tong Capsule on sequelae of ischemic stroke.Methods:Eighty cases of ischemic stroke patients who received treatment in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Buchang Naoxin Tong Capsule on the basis of the control group.There were two courses of treatment in the two groups,each lasting for three months.The changes of blood flow index and coagulation function related index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,the two groups had no significant difference in blood flow indexes:BV,RV,PFib,Hct level,and coagulation function indexes:PT and TT,and NIHSS scores(P>0.05).After the treatment,BV(low cut),RV,PFib and NIHSS scores in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group;PT and TT were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buchang Naoxin Tong Capsule can improve function of blood coagulation and relieve the symptoms of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia in patients with ischemic stroke,which can enhance the neurological function of patients.This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
