摘 要:目的:建立近红外光谱技术(NIRS)结合一致性检验及相关系数法快速鉴别不同产地、不同品种和形态及化学组分相似的药用菊花和其他菊花的鉴别模型方法。方法:通过光谱软件筛选最佳预处理方法和波长范围,建立两种方法模型,验证模型的专属性和耐用性,并比较两种方法的结果。结果:一致性检验模型的最佳预处理方法为一阶导数+矢量归一化法,波长范围为8956.0~7216.5cm^-1,6587.8~5361.3cm^-1,4948.6~4038.3cm^-1,模型中152批药用菊花均在CI=3限度值以下,除金丝皇菊外其他菊花均在CI=3限度值以上,模型的专属性和耐用性良好;相关系数法模型的最佳预处理方法为二阶导数,波长范围为6200~5500cm^-1和5000~4700cm^-1,模型阈值为0.99时,除金丝皇菊外可将药用菊花和其他菊花区分,模型的专属性和耐用性良好,两种方法结果基本一致。结论:NIRS结合一致性检验及相关系数法快速简便,可作为药用菊花和其他菊花的鉴别参考,但对于成分含量相似的复杂体系样品时仍存在局限性,实际工作中依据需求选取最佳鉴别方法。Objective:To establish a rapid identification method for medicinal chrysanthemums and other chrysanthemums of different origins,varieties,and morphological and chemical components by NIRS combined with consistency test and correlation coefficient method.Methods:The best pretreatment method and wavelength range were screened by spectral analysis software.Establish two models and verify the specificity and durability of the model,and analyze and compare the results of the two methods.Results:The optimal pretreatment method for the consistency test model was the first derivative and vector normalization method with wavelengths ranging from 8956.0~7216.5 cm^-1,6587.8~5361.3 cm^-1,and 4948.6~4038.3 cm^-1.Chrysanthemums are all below the CI=3 limit value.Other chrysanthemums except JSHJ are above the CI=3 limit value.The model's specificity and durability are good.The optimal preprocessing method for the correlation coefficient model is the second derivative with a wavelength range of 6200~5500cm^-1 and 5000~4700cm^-1.When the threshold is 0.99,the medicinal chrysanthemum and other chrysanthemums can be distinguished except JSHJ,and the model has good specificity and durability.The results of the two methods are basically the same.Conclusion:The NIRS combined consistency test and correlation coefficient method are fast and simple.The two models can be used as reference for the identification of medicinal chrysanthemums and other chrysanthemums.However,there are still limitations when applied to complex system samples with similar composition.The best identification method is selected according to the needs in actual work.
