摘 要:巷道是煤矿井下生产运输的通道,选取最佳布设参数对矿井生产综合效益的获得影响极大。结合具体工程实际,对采动影响下巷道煤柱的布置优化进行了深入的分析研究。利用数值模拟手段,对巷道煤柱留设宽度和布设层位进行了科学分析,并对最终确定方案在现场的实际应用效果进行了检测。结果表明,数值模拟确定的方案能够在确保回采运输安全的同时,最大程度地提升煤炭资源的回采率,显著提升矿井的综合效益。Roadway is the channel of production and transportation in coal mine.Selecting the best layout parameters has a great influence on the comprehensive benefits of coal mine production.Combined with the actual engineering,the optimization of road-way coal pillar layout under the influence of mining was studied.By means of numerical simulation,this paper made a scientific analysis of the width and arrangement of the coal pillars in the roadway,and tested the practical application effect of the final scheme in the field.The results show that the scheme determined by numerical simulation can not only ensure the safety of mining and transportation,but also improve the recovery rate of coal resources to the greatest extent and the comprehensive benefits of the mine.
