摘 要:针对矿用运输设备皮带输送机永磁同步电机的现状,分析了矢量控制、直接转矩控制、自适应控制、滑模变控制和预测控制5种调速系统定向形式的优缺点。同时,利用MATLAB仿真模拟软件对永磁同步电机系统进行了仿真模拟,得出前馈解耦控制转速响应下的转速反应更加灵敏,解决了PI控制转速响应下转矩脉动问题,系统的稳定性得到了提高。综合利用多种控制方法可以实现对电机电流稳定性的控制和系统模块的预测,为皮带输送机适应不同工作环境提供了便利。In view of the present situation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of the belt conveyor in the mine transportation equipment,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of speed control system orientation forms:vector control,direct torque control,adaptive control,sliding mode variable control and predictive control.At the same time,it used MATLAB simulation software to simulate the permanent magnet synchronous motor system,and obtained that the speed response of feedforward decoupling control speed response was more sensitive,solved the torque ripple problem of PI control speed response,and improved the stability of the system.The control of the current stability of the motor and the prediction of the system module can be realized by using various control methods synthetically,which provides convenience for the belt conveyor to adapt to different working environment.
